DSIL FabLab@School

DSIL FabLab@School is a collaboration between DSIL and Stanford University, USA. FabLab (Fabrication Laboratory; now has become FabLearn Lab) is considered one of DSIL’s learning innovations and is designed to become a learning environment under the idea of utilizing digital fabrication technology such as a 3D vinyl printer, laser cutter, censoring etc. for more effective learning process especially in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, in addition of Arts (STEMA).

DSIL FabLab@School in Thailand is the first FabLab in South East Asia, which was established in 2013 and located in DSIL at the 10th floor of the Learning Institute Building, KMUTT. This facility is used for DSIL’s project-based learning classrooms and is also open for public uses in DSIL’s public trainings and workshops.
